Fulton Hogan

Indigenous Design Tanker

Transport infrastructure, water, energy, mining and land development giant, Fulton Hogan, commissioned an iconic Balarinji Indigenous design for a company D-Double Bitumen Tanker, to promote diversity and inclusion across Queensland and Northern Territory, and to reflect the communities where Fulton Hogan operates.

Balarinji delivered the design, production and oversaw installation of a vinyl wrap with the story of “clan groups who gather by clear fresh water after many days of travel through spinifex and sandhills.”

Richard Pearson, General Manager – Industries Fulton Hogan Queensland, said; “Having a way to visually demonstrate our commitment is fantastic.

These tankers travel long distances, around 170,000 kilometres each year. We have three tankers in our fleet featuring this Indigenous design, and I’m sure when they travel through remote communities, and are back home in Townsville, they will create conversation and connections.”
